Sari's Quick Tip
The Body Scan

I've just had the honor of completing a 4 day
course as a Teaching Assistant for
Basic Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
with Michael Shea, PhD
http://michaelsheateaching.com/

We practiced a Body Scan regularly, and I wanted to share the simple steps with you:

Start by bringing your attention to your feet

Take a breath

Observe with no interpretation, no judgment

Now bring your attention to your legs, breathe

Now bring your attention to your pelvis

Remember to take a breath at each area

Bring your attention next to your abdomen

Then your back

Remember, just observe and take a breath

Now bring your attention to your shoulders and
rib cage

Bring your attention to your arms, breathe

And now to your head, neck and face

Take a breath as you sense your body from the
bottom of your feet to the top of your head.

You can continue with your own quiet time, the next task at work or home or schedule a session of Craniosacral Therapy  take your level of relaxation to the next level.

Enjoy the Journey.  Be Present!
