Sari's Quick Tip
The Long Tide

I’m pleased to have been invited to Kiental, Switzerland in May to assist Michael Shea http://www.michaelsheateaching.com/ in an International Course on the Long Tide

 Kientalerhof Healing Retreat Center

The Long Tide, also referred to as Primary Respiration, is the pre-existing wellness template in the body.

This subtle force within us combines the outside presence of the atmosphere and inside influence of our biological systems.

Imagine or listen to the soothing flow of ocean waves.

This similar slow
tempo of around 50 seconds each direction (from ‘head to tailbone’) can be perceived and palpated throughout the body.**

A slow tempo helps to reduce stress in our systems.

**Ask me to help you sense this slow, healing rhythm during a quiet Craniosacral Therapy session.

Breathe, slow down, and feel more Grounded, Present, Centered and Calm.
Until Next Month and the Journey Ahead!
