Fashion, Fitness and Craniosacral Therapy?
Recently I had the opportunity to meet Julie Xander, fitness instructor and fashion blogger who provides tips and tricks to beauty, health, fitness and life balance. It's surprising that we've not met before as we share a lot of mutual friends and passions.
Julie is not only beautiful on the outside, she is a caring and supportive woman who encourages women to feel beautiful from the inside out. When we tap into our inner beauty, self-love and add slowing and stillness, we are now in Craniosacral Therapy space.
I invited Julie into my office for a demo session. After a brief interview, you can hear her insights about her session.
**Julie mentions in the video that I am manipulating the bones of her cranium. Actually, I'm the facilitator, gently creating the slow, still environment for her to relax and heal from the inside out.
What is Craniosacral Therapy?
p.s. Julie did fall asleep during her session!
