Welcome to my first online newsletter!
I love waking up in the morning and knowing that fitness, health, wellness and helping others are a part of my day!
By blending gentle manual therapies, including my favorite, Craniosacral Therapy, I am able to act as a facilitator in your Wellness path. The combination of relaxation and intentional goal-setting helps us to maximize each visit in calming and nourishing your brain and spinal cord, and therefore, your overall quality of function in your life. A primary goal is to help you to feel calm, grounded, centered and present.
