The webe kälm device is an inexpensive tool that was developed for children but is also useful for adults. I got one for my adult son who says that he finds it relaxing. It helps you feel calm and relaxed by using fun breathing exercises. When you use it, you take slow, deep breaths and try to keep a ball floating in the air. It also makes a soothing sound when you blow out. All of this helps your body relax, lowers your heart rate, and makes you feel less stressed. It’s a great tool to help you manage your feelings and feel better overall.
